Motivation for Starting Executive Floor Coworking
Executive Floor was born out of a personal need for a professional, reliable, and affordable workspace in Maseru. After years of working in well-equipped environments across the globe, I returned home on rotation as an independent consultant and struggled to find a space that matched the standards I was used to—without requiring long leases, costly furnishings, or settling for poor locations. Working from home came with unreliable power, shaky Wi-Fi, and constant interruptions, while coffee shops were just as disruptive. I realised there were many others like me—freelancers, small business owners, and consultants—who needed a space that helped them present professionally and work productively. Executive Floor was created to fill that gap: a fully serviced, flexible, and inspiring workspace designed for Lesotho’s emerging class of independent professionals.
